The communication by informatization is an indispensable tool in contemporary organization with the development of network technology. What’s more, it is the most important communication media for the organization. The new management pattern have been born with the generation of new communication mode. The popularization and application of the information management software were accelerated due to the dramatic development of the network communication techniques. For instance, the communication mode and management mode were changed with the application of MIS, ERP software continually.With the development of economic globalization, the economic activates of the cross regional collaboration occupies greater weight of the overall economic activates for the enterprise. The geographical distances between the organization members increase with the trend of the fuzzy of the boundary and the visualization of the organization. Therefore, the requirements of effective communication increases higher and higher. Compared with the traditional manner of communication, the communication by informatization, which has the characteristics such as rapidness and immediacy, increases the efficiency of the internal communication. And it meets the requirements of the effectiveness of communication in the organization, so the concepts such as the visual office appear and develop recently. How to improve the effectiveness of communication by using the informational tools is a challenge work for the enterprise.In this thesis, the definition and the evaluation index of the effectiveness of communication are defined through our extensive literature survey. Firstly, the development status of the platform of the informational communication were summarized, and the research methods such as questionnaire and interviews were adopted to investigate the enterprise staff in different administrative levels.The effectiveness of communication and its constraints in the informational conditions of XX Company were discussed, then, the influential factors of the effectiveness of communication were analyzed. Finally, we proposed some strategies and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of communication of the enterprise, from these aspects such as the construction of the excellent enterprise culture, the perfection of strategic information management, the flat of the organization structure, the reasonable applications of communication media, the administration of non-official communication. the development of institutional system to ensure the effectiveness of the communication, the strengthen of the internal training of the enterprise, the establishment of borderless organization and etc.
