In recent years,thanks to the rapid development of the network and computer technology,China’s telecommunications industry is also growing vigorously,as virtual operators and Internet companies entering into the market,making the industry more competitive.Facing huge changes in the external environment,only if communications companies adjust their business development strategies,could they be in an invincible position in the fierce market competition.Each enterprise should select its road for development,however this road of exploration needs to be going through a thorough analysis of the enterprise’s internal and external environment by using Enterprise theories,inquiring the existing problems from the internal environment,understanding the core competitiveness of the enterprise,inquiring the existing problems from the external environment,analyzing the favorable factors from that environment,aiming to develop a scientific,potential and sustainable strategy through a comprehensive consideration of the industry development status,enterprise current status and its vision.Based on this idea,The Thesis tries to develop the strategy for N company.Firstly,it gives an analysis of company N’s external environment by using the PEST analysis model,then,the thesis focuses on the analysis of company N itself by using Porter five force model and SWOT analysis,after that,the thesis determines the company N’s development strategy,lastly,the thesis also lists the applicable ways for company N to realize its strategy,therefore company N can find its path to a suitable and sustainable development.
