Information and communication technology is one of the most powerful driving forces of the 21 st century social development, and will quickly become an important driving force of world economic growth. With the innovation of ICT system integration technology, application and penetration, ICT industry has not only become the core of the scientific and technological innovation, but also become the important force to promote the development of the economy. Even during the international financial crisis, the ICT industry has proved a recovery from recession, the strong momentum of the economy, "the fourth industry" features more and more obviously. After years of development, the ICT industry increasingly prominent industry characteristics, the basis of industrial division of labor is more obvious, globalization become the main trend of industrial innovation, integration and fusion of informatization and urbanization and industrialization combined more closely. ICT system integration industry market presents the explosive growth, at the same time, the huge market space also attracts many enterprises entering the ICT sector, made an unprecedented fierce competition.This paper initially elaborates the research background and significance, on the basis of the analysis of the external environment of the Chinese company NTT(PEST, porter five model) also internal conditions, the value chain analysis, strategic environment analysis and internal ability analysis, studies of the NTT increasingly strong demand of Chinese companies in the ICT industry and China’s era of the economic downturn of the opportunities and threats, and the current competitive advantages and disadvantages. Integrated application of clients’ interviews, internal researches of qualitative and quantitative research on the methods and means such as analysis, determines the goal of the industry globalization situation, NTT China the company’s overall strategic positioning and development direction, from the viewpoint of dynamics, the change of the post period for environment, timely adjusted strategy, makes the strategy conforms to the actual situation of the company.Finally the paper summarizes the research process, research methods and the application of tools, puts forward in this paper, the defects should be improved, and explains the follow-up research proposals.
