| After the reform and development,China’s economic development has been advancing by leaps and bounds,and the national living standard has been greatly improved.However,in recent years,under the influence of the global environment,the growth rate of various industries gradually declined.The financial sector faces significant challenges.As the first resource of enterprise,talent has become the core element of bank development.In the background of the rise of Internet finance,some banks relying on the Internet economy are also constantly impacting large state-owned shareholding banks.Some internet financial companies,such as excellent remuneration and welfare benefits,compete with state-owned commercial banks for talents,and talent competition leads to the loss of talents in commercial banks.How banks deal with the loss of talents has also become the core problem that must be solved in the development of enterprises.This study takes the loss of talents in ZG bank Jiangxi branch as a case to analyze and study,aiming at exploring the problem of brain drain and putting forward corresponding countermeasures.The research is divided into six parts.The first part is mention about the research background and current research situation,which actively explore the loss and management of talents in the banking system.The second part is the theory of brain drain,mainly from the definition of state-owned banks,the loss of core talents and the basic types of brain drain.The third part is the analysis of the situation of brain drain in ZG bank Jiangxi branch,which is mainly about the bank’s human resources,the investigation of brain drain,and the problems existing in the brain drain.The fourth part is about the strategies of how to deal with the brain drain in Jiangxi branch of ZG bank,including cultural construction,performance appraisal,incentive mechanism,career management and education training.It also analyzes the risks and safeguard measures that may be encountered in all kinds of countermeasures.Finally,the analysis and summary are carried out.This research focuses on the loss of talents in state-owned banking system.Taking ZG bank Jiangxi branch as a case,the accuracy analysis is made from questionnaire survey,problem analysis and countermeasure construction.This study,on the one hand,hopes to provide practical reference for talent management in Jiangxi branch.In addition,it hopes to form a certain construction in theory so as to provide reference for future research. |
