Study On The Development Strategy Of Jiangxi Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry

The decision of the CPC central committee on several major issues concerning comprehensively deepening reform clearly defines that "improving policies and mechanisms for the development of TCM".The law on traditional Chinese medicine(draft)was deliberated and passed by the executive meeting of the state council and entered the final legislative process.For the first time,the general office of the state council has issued the plan for the protection and development of Chinese medicinal materials(2015-2020),plan for the development of traditional Chinese medicine health services(2015-2020)and other relevant plans.These plans determine the future development of traditional Chinese medicine,pointing out that the government will increase financial support in the future to promote the further development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.In 2015,Tu Youyou won the Nobel Prize in medicine,which made the world more positive about the value of traditional Chinese medicine.Thanks to the recognition and recognition of TCM by people all over the world,the market scope of TCM has been further expanded.Currently,TCM has been spread to more than 180 countries and regions.In the first half of 2017,China's pharmaceutical enterprises achieved main operating income of 1,531.44 billion yuan.On December 6,2017,the state council issued a white paper on promoting the development of China's traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industry,elevating the development of TCM industry to the national policy and strategic level.Traditional Chinese medicine industry,as a characteristic and advantageous industry in JiangXi province,is an important pillar of the province's economic development.On February 3,2016,Xi Jinping,the general secretary in nanchang river medicine valley visit pointed out that: traditional Chinese medicine are the cultural treasure of the Chinese nation,is the crystallization of the collective wisdom of our people,has a unique culture of Chinese medicine resources in JiangXi province,gathers the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine product,to cultivate a batch of all over the country quite influential industry leading enterprises,initially formed the industrial innovation system.These enterprises have made important contributions to further exploring the broad essence of traditional Chinese medicine,inheriting and carrying forward traditional Chinese medicine culture,strengthening the integration of industrial chain elements and promoting the integrated development of the whole industry of traditional Chinese medicine.This research starts with the background of analysis of traditional Chinese medicine industry development in JiangXi province,using PEST analysis,five analysis and SWOT analysis tools,to the Chinese medicine industry in JiangXi province development faced by the external environment and internal conditions are analyzed,summarized the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in JiangXi province are faced with the problem,to better promote the development of industry of Chinese medicine to provide opinions and Suggestions.The following conclusions are drawn from this study:(1)JiangXi province traditional Chinese medicine industry development should seize the opportunity,overcome difficulties,give full play to their advantages out of a "fast and good" industrial development path;(2)The development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in JiangXi province should make full use of the latest science and technology,strive to create a comprehensive development model and situation,to form a good industry competitiveness and cluster effect;(3)The implementation of the development strategy of traditional Chinese medicine industry in JiangXi province should optimize the industrial chain of traditional Chinese medicine,increase the application of new technologies and research and development of new products,actively introduce talents,and improve the investment and financing environment.
