Objective: Based on the analysis of the status quo of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in jilin province,finding the problems in the development of the tradition Chinese medicine enterprises.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,this paper puts forward the measures to strengthen the development of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in jilin province respectively from the government and enterprise levels by using the theory of enterprise economy.From the perspective of the government,the research results of this paper will,to a certain extent,assist the government departments of jilin province in providing theoretical reference for the development of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in this province in terms of strategic deployment and resource allocation.It is beneficial to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine in jilin province,accelerate the rapid economic development of this province,and promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine innovation in jilin province.And from the perspective of enterprise,this study is to put forward effective Chinese medicine companies can better and faster development of ideas and methods of work,in the time of the pharmaceutical enterprise vigorous development,how to strengthen the development of jilin province traditional Chinese medicine enterprises,improve enterprise economic benefits,and promote scientific research innovation and so on all play a strategic help,for jilin province traditional Chinese medicine enterprise developing strategy in the future,making decisions,adjust and improve enterprise’s popularity and competitiveness provides certain reference basis.Methods: Mainly through the database of weipu Chinese science and technology journals,wanfang database and cnki database,we searched the literature on the development of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises,variety protection of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises,patent protection of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises,intellectual property rights of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.Through the website of the state intellectual property office,the website of jilin provincial bureau of statistics,the national database and other websites to collect the relevant development policies of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in jilin province and the related databases of varieties and patents of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises,the comprehensive analysis of the development status of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in jilin province,so as to find out faster and better countermeasures.Results: At present,the main problems existing in traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in jilin province are as follows: the scale of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises is not perfect,most of them are small-scale,their products are relatively single,and they are not dominant in the market;The planting area of Chinese medicinal materials is relatively scattered,without forming scale;Enterprises in the awareness of intellectual property protection is relatively weak,only pay attention to the immediate development.The analysis also shows that it is of great significance to strengthen the development of TCM enterprises to promote the innovation of TCM technology,the deep processing of TCM resources and the stability of TCM market in jilin province.Conclusion: In the development of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in jilin province,the first is to closely follow the overall layout of the government,from the laws and regulations,national policies and other aspects of guidance,to create a good TCM market operating environment and cultural atmosphere.Second,traditional Chinese medicine enterprises themselves should also formulate a series of development strategies in line with the law of enterprise development,market law and relevant policies in accordance with the law of enterprise development,and implement different strategies according to different periods of enterprise development.
