Since the concept of marketing strategy put forward by McKinsey Co in 1960 s,marketing has always been the focus of management research.Marketing is the bridge of the end user market connecting the product and service of the enterprise.Today,in the economic globalization,marketing is particularly important in the operation of the enterprise.With the increasing demand for medical services in the society,the market for medical equipment has become hot,and many capital forces are pouring into the field of medical equipment investment.The research object CS company is a medical equipment enterprise in Hunan market.How to build a marketing strategy suitable for its own hair station in the current fierce market competition environment has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current development of the company.CS's medical device marketing network,based on the Hunan market,has spread throughout the country and has made some progress in overseas market development.This research makes a research on its marketing strategy and proposes a systematic marketing strategy framework and marketing combination strategy to provide guidance for the breakthrough in the marketing of the company.First of all,this study expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research,and combs the research achievements on marketing strategy at home and abroad,and explains the framework and methods used by the Research Institute.Secondly,the PESTEL analysis model and Potter five force model are used to analyze the internal and external environment of CS marketing,and the SWOT analysis matrix is constructed,which provides the necessary analysis and direction guidance for the specific design of the company marketing strategy.Thirdly,based on SWOT analysis and SPACE analysis,the specific marketing strategic direction of the company is determined.It is believed that CS company should actively consolidate and expand the market in marketing,and constantly strengthen the innovation and development ability of its own products.Next,with the guidance of STP theory and4 Ps theory,the specific target market and marketing mix strategy are put forward.Finally,it puts forward specific control and safeguard measures for the landing of CS company's marketing strategy.The increasingly fierce competition in the medical device industry has prompted enterprises to attach great importance to product marketing.The research on the marketing strategy of CS company,in order to help companies improve the framework for the development of follow-up marketing,can also provide a reference for relevant enterprises to formulate marketing strategies.
