Research On The Influence Of Business System Reform On Enterprise Development

This article uses the reform of the commercial system in 2013 as a “quasi-natural experiment”.Combining the economic data of China’s provinces and cities,Using the double difference method.The influence of business system reform on enterprise development is comprehensively investigated.The research shows that the establishment of business system reform significantly improves the development level of enterprises.After a series of robust tests,the conclusion is still valid.However,the types and regions of the policy effect industry vary greatly.Specific performance is: the added value of the tertiary industry is larger,and the secondary industry and the primary industry have less impact.The influence of eastern enterprises on large enterprises,central enterprises and western enterprises is small.From the perspective of the influence mechanism,the reform of commercial system reduces the cost of institutional transaction,simplifies the business system,and promotes the growth of the number of enterprises above the scale.
