In recent years,with the vigorous development of the Internet finance industry,it has brought unprecedented opportunities for the credit loan industry.As a well-known financial technology company in China,Y Company has been focusing on the development of the credit loan market and has invested to establish the Y Company's financial credit business platform.The purpose of Y Company is to establish a safe,secure and reliable financial platform in the credit loan industry with advanced financial innovations and Internet technologies.Efficient and convenient business platform.However,Y Company encountered a series of problems in the implementation of the project such as the high technical complexity of the software project and the impact of policy changes on the Company's business.These problems will directly affect the success or failure of the project.Therefore,in order to ensure the successful implementation of the project,it is urgent to establish a sound risk management mechanism to standardize the risk management and practice of the project.In this paper,the risk management of Y Company's financial credit business platform project is taken as the research object,and combined with risk management theory,the internal and external risk factors in the project implementation process are identified,categorized and qualitative analysis,and then the assessment method is used to evaluate the risk factors Based on which,we should formulate strategies and measures to deal with the project risk,establish a risk monitoring mechanism suitable for this project and put it into practice.The specific process is as follows:(1)In the process of risk identification,this paper uses WBS-RBS method,document analysis method and Delphi method to identify risk of Y Company's financial credit business platform project.First of all,using the work breakdown structure method,the work of each stage of the project is subdivided according to the unified software development process model(RUP model),and the activities of the work stage are introduced.Then,the paper lists the initial risk classification list The Delphi method is used to screen the initial risk classification list to obtain the project risk identification list.Finally,various risk factors are combined with the work activities at all stages of the project to construct the project WBS-RBS matrix and explain all kinds of risk factors,analyze and summarize,provide basis for follow-up risk assessment.(2)In the risk assessment,we use the trigonometric fuzzy number based AHP to quantitatively evaluate the risk factors of Y Company's financial credit business platform project.First of all,based on the risk identification list of the project,a hierarchy model of risk assessment is established.Secondly,using the method of expert scoring,the triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix of each level is established.Thirdly,Matrix consistency veri fication and calculate the comprehensive fuzzy weight of the risk index,and construct the project risk index weight table.Finally,the classification and sorting of the project risk factors provide the basis for the follow-up risk response and monitoring.(3)In the process of risk response and risk monitoring,firstly,establish a project risk management team as a decision-making body for project risk management.Secondly,according to the result of risk assessment,formulate the coping strategy of project risk and introduce the risk response measures of the important risk factors of the project in detail.Finally,establish a sound risk coping strategy for the project and monitor the project risk in real time through project periodic evaluation and project risk reporting.Through Y Company's financial credit business platform project risk management practice process,the final platform on-line more than one month ahead of schedule,and save the budget of 800,000 yuan,the quality assessment company to assess the system performance and safety better than the design requirements,the demand risk is greatly reduced.These results confirm that the content of this study has some practical value and can provide an effective reference for the risk management of similar financial platform development.
