Software industry has become the sun industry that growth is the fastest in world today, it is also the important power to improve the increase of the economy of the world. But software project is usually disturbed by exceeding of budget, delaying, can not satisfy the needs of users, unavailable function and other problems that severely influence software project quality and progress.Software project risk management is the most effective solution to solve these problems. Risk management is to control the probability and the lost of the uncertain factors to the lowest line. Effective risk management can increase the chance that the project succeeds. The research on software project risk management is still at its initial stage in China today, is not very maturity, that lacks of regular risk management mechanism and each aspect needs further enrichment with perfect. This article researches risk management of software project from three parts: risk identification, risk analysis, risk controlling. The research main contents of the article are as follows:1. The article combines software project development process and the basic theories of software project risk identification. After collecting and tidying up lots of examples and related document of software project, the author establishes Check List for risk identification, bases on which to researching on each development stage of the example.2. The article combines the basic theories and methods of software project risk analysis. The author proposes an evaluation method that combines Fuzzy AHP with TOPSIS. Through combining theories with practice, verifying the realistic meaning of this evaluation method.3. The article combines the basic theories of software project risk controlling. The author proposes some aggressive and effective risk processing measures for the common risk problems in software project, and proposes effective solution for the existing risk problems in example.
