With the development of modern information society, the demand of enterprises and individuals for the software and relevant equipment has been continuously increased. The aspects and processes at all levels of the development of software and ancillary projects have certain complexity, uncertainty and incompleteness, and the RiskBase for a set of software project has become increasingly greater. The RiskBase is not only about the process of the development, but also other issues such as flexibility of market reactions on the market demand and product development cycle, which will greatly impact the whole project. Therefore, the venture management for software projects is of great importance. The software size will become increasingly bigger along with the development of informatization, and its complexity and intelligent levels have become increasingly higher.
