With the development of modern information society, the demand of enterprises and individuals for the software and relevant equipment has been continuously increased. The aspects and processes at all levels of the development of software and ancillary projects have certain complexity, uncertainty and incompleteness, and the RiskBase for a set of software project has become increasingly greater. The RiskBase is not only about the process of the development, but also other issues such as flexibility of market reactions on the market demand and product development cycle, which will greatly impact the whole project. Therefore, the venture management for software projects is of great importance. The software size will become increasingly bigger along with the development of informatization, and its complexity and intelligent levels have become increasingly higher. So that it not only needs to consider the software itself in the development process of the software project, but also to update the design mode of the software project along with the development of enterprise management. Software venture management is the key for the development and execution of a software project, which is an evaluation and control process for the RiskBases in the software projects, processes or products. However, due to the lack of knowledge and backward management level, in the past most managers and software developers often gave a cold shoulder to the software project venture management. Compared with ordinary projects, the development, execution and control process of the software project has many uncertainties. For view of this, it urgently needs to strengthen the venture management for software projects. If we take some necessary measures or add some necessary links to identify RiskBase factors and make advance preparations, and to implement venture management in the course of projects, some RiskBases can be avoided or their impacts can be reduced to lowest levels. From this perspective, venture management is an important part of software project management.At present, due to the demands of various fields, the study of software venture management is being increasingly wide. The software RiskBase management has been classified theoretically, and some ideas for venture management have been proposed. In terms of practical use, some quantitative venture management methods and venture management software tools have been made. This paper strives to scientize the venture management of software project, and to introduce the brainstorming method, Delphi method, Satty AHP and Zadeh fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other methods into the software project venture management, and effectively solve the RiskBase identification, assessment and other issues for the software project.This thesis of the software project RiskBase management studies at home and abroad, first on software project RiskBase management research results of the research and introduce, of software project RiskBase management after the theoretical foundation of the definition and the software and the necessity of the project RiskBase management are discussed in this paper."After the software project RiskBase management, and more detailed list of introduces software project RiskBase management of the classic model, and also introduced the software project RiskBase management process, the two big RiskBase identification and RiskBase evaluation, this paper Outlines the RiskBase identification and RiskBase assessment method.
