The port is the basic industry and important infrastructure for national economy and social development, and is the important part of the comprehensive transportation system. It has Large-scale investment, long payback period, involving a wide range. At present China's port construction project the relationship between risks are also complex. Therefore, investment in port construction project in a systematic way during the investment risk identification, analysis and evaluation, prevention and control has a strong practical significance. Especially in the financial crisis and the port "excess capacity" in public opinion and disorderly competition, under the under the situation of the port investment risk study is both necessary and important.In order to better address the investment in port construction project risk management, the paper focous on risk identification, risk assessment and so do a thorough and meticulous research, by the integrated use of risk management, project management, fuzzy maths, integrated evaluation theories and methods, a set of investment in port construction project risk management program, with a view to China's port construction projects, investors and managers to provide some useful theoretical tools and management information. Content and main results:(1) Make the investment risk for the port project identification. And the introduction of classified analysis of the ISM approach focuses investment in port construction project. Market, operational, technology, policy and environmental, financing risks, next to build the risk evaluation index system on this basis.(2) In a variety of common risk assessment method for comparative study of the basis on the combination of port construction project investment risk characteristics, choose a comprehensive evaluation method based on the theory of fuzzy triangular fuzzy numbers and level of analysis of ideology as port investment risk assessment, and the establishment of investment in port construction project risk assessment model.(3) Application in front of the theory of Lianyungang Coal Terminal expansion project to invest in empirical analysis.
