Research On Human Resource Planning Of WH Bank

In the past ten years,the rapid development of China's banking industry,the market competition environment has become extremely fierce,human resource management has become more and more the key factors affecting the sustainable and rapid development of the bank.As one of the four cities in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the concept,system and methods of human resource management are still relatively backward.The utility of human resources has a big gap compared with the market-oriented banking industry.The reason is the lack of systematic human resource planning,which hinders the demand of the development of the bank to the talents.On the basis of related human resource planning research results,this paper explains the connotation,significance and function of human resource planning,and then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of WH bank human resource planning,and combines the strategic planning of WH bank during "13th Five-Year" and the target of human resource planning.And based on the method of trend prediction,regression analysis,personnel replacement and Markov method,the human resource demand and supply status of WH bank in the next three years are predicted.In the process of human resource planning,problems are taken as the guidance,and the task of human resource planning is decomposed and refined.The purpose of this paper is to provide a scientific analysis idea for WH bank by introducing the idea of human resource planning,redesign the human resource planning,rectify the main problems and prevent the hard return of human resource management,and give full play to the foreseeable role of human resource planning.In order to optimize the role of human resource planning for the promotion of business development,realize the strategic goal and improve the competitiveness of the WH bank,it also provides a reference for the bank to realize the curve overtaking of the major financial risks and the transformation of the banking industry.
