With the rapid development of society, the business field, technology and the size of the organization are continually changing. The human resource has become the first resource which affects the survival and development of enterprises. Now the enterprise should formulate effective strategic human resources planning, according to the development strategy and the internal and external environment, to promote the development of enterprise. For the high-end commercial pension institutions, human resources have become the core elements, directly related to the survival and development of enterprises. With the intensifies of China’s aging problem and the development of pension business, more and more pension institutions are faced with many problems, such as the weak attraction of talent, the difficulty in recruitment, great job mobility and so on. How to solve the problem of talent exchange is worth thinking.The article is based on the XHJ Company as the object. Firstly it introduces the background and significance, summarizes the situation of domestic and foreign theory, discusses the role of strategic human resource planning, and arranges the content and process of strategic human resource planning. Secondly, to confirm the necessity of strategic human resource planning for the XHJ Company, the article analyze the internal and external environment, and the company human resources supply and demand forecast. Finally, the article briefly describe the recruitment, training and development, assessment and incentive, occupation planning and enterprise culture in the five key planning content and evaluate the human resources strategy planning and implementation.The main research methods of the article include literature research, investigation, statistics, interviews and data collection. Lots of research on the theory and practice are related to the common problems of high-end enterprise pension industry in China. Hoping some reference can be done for other similar enterprises.
