Along with the rise of Chinese economic and the development andinternationalization of Domestic enterprises, the real estate enterprise, as one of the engineof China’s economic development, facing the serious challenges causing by continuouschanged market conditions, its human resources strategy has become a key factor whetherthe real estate enterprise can develop sustainable. The FT Group is a private real estategroup, after two decades of sustained development, in the early stages of strategictransformation, Therefore, the FT Group in the new period of human resources planningand implementation has important practical significance and practical value.This paper is based on the FT Group’s human resource practices and the theory andpractice innovation in the study. The author of this article combined with her practicalwork, explore how to solve existing human resources and scientific design and plan thesystem of human resources with a new perspective under the development strategy of FTGroup in the next ten years, in order to achieve the expected strategic goal. In this paper,combined with the theory and practice, connected with the company development planclosely, the article studied the human resource plan by analyzing the actual situation of thecompany’s human resource management and the demand of human resource with thedevelopment of the company in the future, in order to develop and manage the humanresource consciously and effectively for the manager, improve the business performanceand the competition of company, and provide theoretical and practical reference to meetthe challenge under the increasingly fierce market competition.This paper is based on the review and summary of the theories related humanresource management and plan, then is the analysis of external and internal situation of FTGroup human resource, and their strengths and problems, and then based on the Group’snew development strategy design the supporting human resource planning system and thesupply and demand forecast, finally elaboration of the new human resource planningsystem and safeguards related.
