Logistics Service Supplier Management Of Trade Enterprise

With the development of the times,China has more and more international trade transactions.In view of China’s basic national conditions and market development trend,China is vigorously promoting opening up to the outside world and establishing an equal and win-win partnership between the two countries.With the continuous development of foreign trade,logistics is becoming more and more important.From the current situation,our country in international trade,a large part of contradiction because of logistics,there are some losses because of the problems existing in logistics and led to the promotion enterprise’s cost.Due to the large amount of manpower,material and financial resources involved in logistics implementation,At present,most foreign trade companies outsource logistics to third-party logistics service providers.How to manage logistics service providers is an important issue for foreign trade enterprises.Based on the current research status,this paper mainly investigates the choice management strategy of logistics suppliers of C company.Based on the analysis of the company’s business and logistics requirements,this paper summarizes the daily selection management of logistics service providers in the company.Focus from the supplier selection process,set up the inspection team’s work and logistics provider can strength aspect carries on the analysis the reasons of the existence of problems,and then introduce the analytic hierarchy process to the management of the logistics service provider for analysis.Finally from a supplier for the improvement of the supplier evaluation method,and the upgrading of communication content,based on the analytic hierarchy process,improve performance evaluation mechanism,the use of evaluation incentive strategy and increase all aspects of logistics service supplier audit group’s business culture,these five aspects put forward the corresponding optimization strategy.Purpose is to be able to C company and similar effective management strategies put forward to optimize the logistics service providers,help the compression cost,improve logistics management,lays the foundation for its long-term development.
