Based On The Fourth Party Logistics Supplier Management Research

In the 21st century, the competition mode among enterprises developed from simple product, price and market to supply chain competition. Therefore, more and more companies are beginning to focus on the management of enterprise supply chain. People always pay much attention to the research of supplier management– the source of supply chain. However, the traditional supplier management research paid close attention to the core enterprises'maximum benefit from the angle of core enterprise supply chain and ignored the enhancement of supply chain's whole competition advantages. With the development of supply chain management, a new mode - the fourth party logistics, caused great concern of enterprises and academia. The fourth party logistics, as the administrator of customer enterprises supply chain, provides the customer enterprises supply chain solutions and management services using its powerful social resource integrate ability. The thesis mainly discusses how the fourth party logistics, as a supply chain administrator of customer enterprises, to manage customers suppliers in order to ensure the efficient supply chain operation.The thesis firstly analyzes the fourth party logistics and supplier management related literatures, and focuses on the analysis based on the fourth party logistics management superiority and feasibility of suppliers, and then constructed procedure on the basis of the fourth party logistics management supplier. In the process of analysis the process indicates we can realize the management of the fourth party logistics supplier according to two stages: supplier assessing selection and evaluation of the performance between supplier and customer enterprises.On the research of supplier assessing selection, this article firstly analyzes the supplier development ways based on the forth party logistics and then forwards the guiding ideology of supplier assessing selection. Follow the guidelines; it constructs the integrated supplier evaluation index system and evaluation model on the basis of BP neural network based on the research of the predecessors combining with its characteristics and enhancement of social consciousness of environmental protection. At last, it verified the effectiveness of evaluation model with MATLAB.On the research of the cooperation relationship maintenance between supplier and customer enterprises, the thesis indicates to maintain the relationship by means of emphasizing the evaluation of cooperation performance between supplier and customer enterprises. Therefore, the thesis constructed the dynamic evaluation model of cooperation performance, uses the management strategies of selecting different suppliers according to the evaluation of supplier cooperation performance and then finds out existing problems and provides solutions through the continuous evaluation process in order to achieve the continuous improvement and maintain the stable cooperation relationship.
