Research On The Financing Of Shantytown Renovation

In recent years,with the continuous development of our country's economy and society,the people's life demands not only housing,but also the guarantee and promotion of the quality of the people's housing and the housing environment.It has become an inevitable requirement and development trend of urban construction in the new period to vigorously implement the transformation of shanty towns,to scientifically plan the construction of new urban areas,and to develop the shanty towns with multiple forces.The transformation of shanty towns is not only conducive to improving people's living standard,but also a necessary requirement for building a moderately prosperous society in the new era.But the problem of capital is a bottleneck restricting the vigorous development of the shantytown reform.It is an urgent problem to solve the problem of how to integrate the capital for the reform and construction of the shanty towns.This paper,based on the present situation of the project financing in the shanty towns,uses the case analysis method to analyze the deficiency in the project financing of the shanty town,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly explaining the background and significance of the research,the research ideas and research content,and the current research status at home and abroad.The second part introduces the definition of a variety of financing modes of shanty towns,PPP models and shanty towns,introduces the characteristics of various financing modes,compares and analyzes the application scope of various financing modes,and the third part of Guiyang city XY The backdrop analysis of shanty town reconstruction projects,including the introduction of the development and evolution of shanty towns,the significance of shantytown reconstruction and the analysis of financing status,and through the analysis of the financial effects of the XY project,the results of financing difficulties are obtained.The fourth part further analyzes the factors that affect the financing of shanty towns transformation projects.The fifth part describes the realization path of sharing shed reform to optimize the existing financing mode.The sixth part summarizes the article and puts forward the next research direction.This paper uses specific cases to analyze the situation of Guiyang shantytown transformation financing,and from the four aspects of the establishment of sharing platform,scientific planning,innovation system mechanism and diversified financing,put forward some suggestions to optimize the transformation of shanty town financing mode,perfect the financing system of shanty area transformation,and provide reference for the reform and financing work of shanty towns.This paper also has some shortcomings,that is,from the PPP model,put forward to build a shared house reform,the theory is not yet perfect,it needs to be further summarized and summarized,and the practice of the PPP model in the shantytown reform needs to be verified.
