Study On The Working Capital Management Efficiency Of Large Multinational Corporation Under The Financial Sharing Model

Nowadays,financial sharing mode has been widely used in large multinational corporation in China,and financial sharing mode has been paid great attention to in China.Working capital plays an important role in enterprise operation and financial management.Compared with other types of companies,large multinational corporations have more complex and diverse working capital operation and influencing factors,and the improvement of working capital management efficiency has become a hot issue of concern.This paper selects Hisense group as the case study object,compares and analyzes the relevant indicators of working capital before and after the construction of its financial sharing mode,and on this basis,finds out the advantages of working capital management under the financial sharing mode,finds out the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures for the existing problems.Paper argues that the introduction of financial sharing mode for multinational working capital management efficiency has a promoting effect,but the financial share of working capital management efficiency will not immediately reflect the effect of good,but need to experience three stages,and in the first two stages,working capital management efficiency is still down,after the third stage,will tend to efficient working capital management of the enterprise.We should pay attention to improve the problems in the process of transformation,through the accounting system,management process and internal control system,to promote the multinational group working capital management and financial sharing model better integration,for reference.
