The goal of capital operation management of corporation is to create value for it continually. Under the case of K Company, it is the central task in this paper to answer the question of how to improve capital operation efficiency in order to realize the goal of value creation for corporation continually.By reviewing briefly change of the goal of corporation finance management, capital management research literatures and its problems, this paper hold financial management with capital management as center, capital management with efficiency as center and efficiency evaluation with value, it orients capital operation management. The goal of traditional capital management is to keep mainly the safety and liquidity of capital, to avoid breaks in cash flow and to prevent financial crisis and financial risks, this is based the idea of traditional equilibrium capital management. As corporation development, the people more and more know the demerit of traditional equilibrium management and are fully cognizant of the importance of creating value by capital, namely, future value-created ability by capital. It is the purpose and tenet of capital operation management, and also the final object of capital management.Based on clear goal of capital operation management, this paper analyses the problems raised in capital operation of K Company and studies their inside and outside causes, it is base of studying more capital operation efficiency.Capital operation management is not an isolated function, the capital flows of corporation with its value flows, its production flows, and its information flows supplement each other and promote mutually. Capital operation efficiency with the organization frame of corporation, its people disposition, its system arrangement, its manage system etc. has close connection. Therefore, this paper studies further K Company’s organization and management system of capital operation management. Organizing and managing capital operation is the need of corporation’s survival, continuable development, profit and reform and development with state-owned enterprise. Since capital flows are a kind of information flows, proper organization structure is helpful to transmit necessary capital information, and is also helpful for the strict control for capital. It is need that corporation sustains its capital operation in organization, people and system etc., and selects proper control manner so as to establish perfect control mechanism and improve management efficiency, thereby, provides stable organization guarantee for improving capital operation efficiency.Capital operation is essentially an art, it excavates continuously to integrate and to make full use of effective ways of capital operation by the floating reasonably and disposition best for capital factors so as to raise the use of capital efficiency. Therefore, the chapter of 4th stresses to study K company’s various strategies of improving capital operation efficiency in practice angle, mainly include working to stock of capital, activating flow of capital, optimizing liability structure, emphasizing relation between bank and corporation and tax plot, utilizing the flexibility of various financing means and financial tool etc., and briefly evaluates these strategies, finally summarizes experience and hint of capital operation of K company.
