Research On Capital Management Of H Company Based On Financial Sharing Service

With the development of economy,the scale of enterprises in China shows the trend of continuous expansion.The increase of the number of molecular companies and the regional dispersion make the management more difficult.Among them,as the guarantee of enterprise operation,how to carry out effective capital management has become an important part of enterprise management.In recent years,more and more large group enterprises have begun to set up financial Shared service centers to integrate various financial businesses of the whole group through the financial Shared platform,among which there are many enterprises that embed fund management into the financial Shared platform.However,since China is still in the stage of development in financial sharing,there are still some problems in how to effectively combine financial sharing with fund management and make it play its due role.This paper takes H company as a case to study its fund management based on financial sharing service.H company is a leading enterprise in tax control in China.It started to build a financial Shared service center in 2015 and is still in the process of development.In money management,the income and expenses two line pattern on the H company for centralized management of funds,but also there are some problems in the process of management,such as capital operation efficiency is low,lack of effective supervision,capital assessment system is imperfect,has not been established financial risk prevention mechanism,etc.,in order to solve these problems and further improve the efficiency of H company's funds management,financial Shared services center development situation,this paper combined with its design for H company for cash management optimization scheme based on financial Shared services.H companies use financial Shared services center is analyzed,the necessity of money management and financial Shared services it is based on the centralized fund management model is improved and the organization structure and post Settings,and then from the budget management,financial control,financial supervision and management,fund appraisal management four aspects carries on the process design and to explain how the process works,based on the process analysis of H company financial Shared services mode fund management risk point and the prevention and control measures and implementation opinions are put forward.The fund management based on financial sharing service tries to play an important role in improving the fund management level,saving financial costs and promoting the development of H company.
