In recent years,the financial system gradually exposed the many cases and risk events,there are lots of negative effects of operation and management of bank,social image and reputation.Also it is the huge challenge to risk prevention and control of financial institutions operating line.In the face of high incidence of cases and frequent violations of operational risk prevention and control situation,only making operation basic management can control the occurrence of risk and nip it in the bud.Currently Inner Mongolia branch of Agricultural Bank of China faced by slowly growth of domestic economic,external environment such as reform process of financial marketization gradually speed up,at the same time it also faced with internal environment,such as,business development bottlenecks,promoting of flat management actively,not optimistic risk prevention and control of the situation,how to enhance the level of operating basic management rapidly and effectively is imminent in the environment of realization of the separation of front,middle and back office.The article adopts the research methods including case method and model analysis method,on the basis of relevant theoretical research,this paper analyzes and studies various high-risk cases of commercial banks,and finds out the blind area of operation foundation management,thus determining the objectives of operation foundation management.The paper uses the operational basic management level monitoring model,taking the operation and management data of a secondary branch of the Inner Mongolia branch of Agricultural Bank of China as the research object,operation basic management is divided into two modules which are "in-process monitoring" and "after the event monitoring",and the modules form a complete monitoring model by loading data.In this paper,Inner Mongolia branch of Agricultural Bank of China operations management system as the research object,based on the operation management theory and business process reengineering theory of our country commercial bank,fully researching and analyzing the current situation of the agricultural bank operation management system and the existing problems,in the condition of the agricultural bank start to operation "Three major concentrations" in operation backstage and the basic implementation of the separation of front and backstage of the commercial bank,the paper gives a solution to improve the current operation management system of Inner Mongolia branch of Agricultural Bank of China,studied how to improve operation basic management level,try to build a analysis system for Inner Mongolia branch of Agricultural Bank of China by a perspective more macro,and then to build efficient modern commercial Banks operating system for other commercial banks,improve operation management ability,promote the business development,and finally to provide some reference for improve enterprise core competitiveness.
