| In the era knowledge economy, knowledge has increasingly become a core competitive advantage of the development and market position. Knowledge employees, who grasp the company's core technology and knowledge, are engaged in the important tasks on management and technology. It is self-evident that knowledge employees are important to the enterprise. Knowledge employees are core competitive resources and the key decisional factors of the enterprise. At the same time, they are also the focus of human resource management.There are many defects and problems on the motivation mechanism to the knowledge employees of high-tech enterprises in China, which have resulted in serious loss and shortage of knowledge employees. CMEC has possessed prominent superiority in the contracting of international engineering projects, export of complete plants and equipment as well as import and export of machinery and electrical products, particularly in the contracting of international power plants and a wide variety of large engineering projects by means of the supply of turnkey projects, CMEC has occupied a leading position in china.The author has put the study on the knowledge employees in Beijing CMEC from the perspectives of management, management psychology, human resources and sociology. Using research methods of existing data research, comparative research, normative analysis and empirical research, the paper is trying to give a systematic profile on the motivation mechanism of knowledge employees and explore the general rule of the motivation methods in practice. The author hopes to generalize a set of motivation methods for Beijing CMEC to improve innovation and international competitiveness. |
