Research On Index System Of Performance Appraisal For Sales Personnel Of Sheng Yu Vegetable Industry

With the rapid development of green agriculture,the competition between agricultural products processing enterprises become increasingly fierce,which has changed from hard power competition to the competition of human resources.Performance appraisal for employees,especially for the sales staff has become more and more important to enterprise's survival and development.The establishment of a fair,scientific,comprehensive,objective index system of performance appraisal in enterprises can not only make the whole team's performance improved,but can also provide a reliable basis for the compensation management,promotion,training etc..This paper base on the theory of balanced score card,key performance indicators theory,analytic hierarchy process theory and Delphy theory,taking ShengYu vegetable industry as the case of enterprise,analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal for ShengYu vegetable industry using interviews and questionnaires.Revealing the main problems existing in the construction of performance appraisal index system for sales staff.The index content is not perfect,the weight of assessment index is not reasonable,and the assessment process is lack of effective communication.With the help of related theory and business practice to get the key performance indicators for sales personnel layer by layer.Using software YAAHP 6.0 to further improve the index system of performance appraisal for the enterprise's sales staff by scientific quantification to the weight of evaluation index.Through the analysis to index system for sales staff of performance appraisal for ShengYu vegetable industry,finding that the construction of diagnosis enterprise is typical and universal in the performance appraisal index system for sales staff of agricultural products processing enterprises,and it has the value of popularization.
