With the rapid development of China's economy and people's living standards continue to improve,the automotive industry has also ushered in a huge opportunity for development.In this context,car sales companies have sprung up.But at the same time,the competition in the automotive industry is also growing.As the leading force of 4S shops,salespeople are very important to the development of enterprises.Therefore,how to use the performance appraisal to improve the performance level of 4S shop salespeople has become a hot topic for many business managers and scholars.At present,the research of Balanced Scorecard is very rich,but the research on automobile sales is still very little.Therefore,the research of this paper is helpful to perfect the theory of performance management,on the one hand,it can improve the sales staff of Shenyang Volkswagen 4S shop.Of the performance evaluation to provide reference,has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.Based on the investigation and analysis of the performance appraisal of sales staff in Shenyang Volkswagen 4S stores,this paper points out the problems in the current performance appraisal system,and then carries out the performance evaluation of sales staff of Shanghai Volkswagen 4S stores.System optimization and improvement,elaborated the system optimization principle,the goal,the significance,the process and the consummation strategy and so on.Using the Balanced Scorecard dimension and SMART principle,the unreasonable performance appraisal system of the company is improved and optimized.Through the improvement and optimization,the final achievement of the performance appraisal system will help the company internal management,staff education,salary changes,job transfer and staff career planning goals,will bring good results.Compared with the original performance appraisal system,the optimized performance appraisal system is more scientific and fair,which has certain practical significance for the long-term healthy and stable development of the enterprise,and also the construction of the performance appraisal system for other enterprises Provides a reference method.
