To improve the performance management of Shenyang Jiefeng Weiye Technology Co.Ltd.the purpose of the relevant in the performance assessment research based on the basis of the theory of performance appraisal,balanced scorecard and key performance index method,analyzes the performance appraisal system of Shenyang Jiefeng Albert sales staff adopts the method of case study,find out the existing in the design and operation of the performance appraisal system problems.Based on this,the sales staff performance appraisal system of Shenyang science and technology company Jiefeng improved design,and provides the corresponding security measures,to improve the operation effect,and enhance the company's performance management level.The innovation of this paper lies in the Balanced Scorecard and key performance indicators of organic integration,not only reflects the comprehensive balanced scorecard in the performance index in the design,but also reflects the key role played by key performance indicators.
