Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprise development,and placing talent and talent work in an important position in the strategic layout of the enterprise is the key to enhancing the sustainable development of the enterprise.Middle management personnel are the most important level of an enterprise.Whether an enterprise can maximize the ability of middle management personnel determines whether it can achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise,and then affects the realization of the company’s vision.In recent years,facing the impact of the COVID-19 on economic development and the pressure of in-depth adjustment of the real estate industry,G Company’s requirements for middle management talents are changing from quantity to quality.The main responsibility of the middle management position in G Company is to strive to promote,implement and implement the strategic decisions of the enterprise,how to keep the thoughts of middle management personnel consistent with the company’s strategy,and how to further improve the professional ability and management level of middle management personnel.These issues are particularly important.Under this background,this paper takes the middle management of G Company as the specific research object,focuses on the basic situation of their training to carry out in-depth exploration,finds out the shortcomings and defects and investigates the reasons,and finally comes to the conclusion that the problems in the training system of G Company’s middle management are mainly reflected in two aspects,namely,top-level planning and practical operation.Based on the company’s strategic planning direction and the requirements of basic training theory,this paper implements scientific and effective optimization of the company’s middle management training system.In the specific implementation process,through improving the professional level of middle management personnel,adopting scientific and innovative training methods,processes,etc.,to promote the improvement of training effects,develop corresponding evaluation processes for the training of middle management personnel,ensure that the training content can be transformed into practical work,and establish a sound security mechanism for specific implementation links.This paper attempts to scientifically,reasonably and sustainably optimize the training system for middle management personnel of G Company,so that the company’s training strength can be significantly improved.It uses scientific management methods to guide the integration of personal development goals and enterprise development goals,fundamentally promoting the improvement of middle management personnel management level,thereby enhancing the competitive advantage of the enterprise and helping the enterprise to gain a dominant position in the market competition.This can not only help G company to develop a scientific development and training path for middle management personnel,but also provide a reference for enterprise management and training design from the practical aspect.
