In Experience Era,web users have become more than just web content browsers,but creators of the content.UGC(User Generated Content)has upgraded tourists'evaluation during and after the tour.And more tourists are used to searching for travel information on the Internet,releasing their experiences and leaving digital footprints after their tour.Under the promotion of information and communication technology,digital footprints greatly enrich the data sources of tourism research.Various positive and negative emotions appearing in the tourism activities not only affect the tourists'experience but affect the satisfaction and loyalty,finally affect their behavioral intention.With the emotion entering the tourism research field,tourism academic circle and tourism industry are urgent to explore the feelings of tourists,so emotional researches have become an important part of tourism research.The research on the tourists'emotional experience is emerging.It has flourished in the western tourism community and has achieved fruitful results,but is just beginning and has not received enough attention in China.Under the guidance of the tourist behavior theory,time geography theory,the theory of emotional geography and cognitive theory of emotional evaluation,this study chose Tibet Autonomous Region as the case and domestic tourists as objects,use online travel data and field survey data to explore the characters of tourists' emotional experience on the tourist route,and excavate the change rule of line emotional experience.In order to find Tibet spatial threshold node and the route combination mode of Tibet tourism,and provide gist and mentality for travel agency to optimize tour route,this study try to break existing tourist routes combination,explore the new combination mode of the main scenic spots in Tibet based on the tourists' emotional experience,then explore the combination mode of interregional tour routes.Main research contents are as follows:(1)Tourism is fun and tourists show obvious positive emotions in Tibet.Through emotional value calculation and text mining,the proportion of tourists' positive emotional experience in the total text is 75.21%and negative emotional experience is 24.79%.Tourists' emotional experience is generally positive in Tibet's main scenic areas.Positive emotional experience is much higher than negative emotional experience.(2)There is an obvious "temporal threshold" for the emotional experience of Tibet tourist routes.When surpassing the temporal threshold,the tourists'positive emotional experience is decreased rapidly.According to the different routes of entering and leaving Tibet and the different traffic models,the tourists are divided into three types:tourists who enter Tibet through Xinjiang-Tibet Line,tourists who enter Tibet not through Xinjiang-Tibet Line and tourists who enter Tibet by plane or train.Their temporal threshold is 25 days,19 days and 13 days respectively.(3)The spatial distribution of the large circle and the tourist routes in Tibet is obvious.Self-driving tourists are more likely to choose to enter in Sichuan-Tibet highway and leave in a Railway in the Cloud;on the other hand,tourists who enter in Xinjiang-Tibet line and leave in a Railway in the Cloud have the strongest positive emotional experience.Tourist have strong positive emotional experience in main tourist routes in Tibet,and visiting Mount Qomolangma gives tourists the strongest emotional experience.Tourists' emotional experience in main attractions is positive emotions.(4)There are five obvious emotional experience laws of tourist routes.Including high things are always high:well-known scenic spots have high emotional experience.Emotional experience in entrance of Tibet is high,and in exit of Tibet is poor:tourists have a strong emotional experience in entrance and have a poor emotional experience in exit.Low but necessary:some nodes with poor emotional experience are indispensable because of the importance of transportation.Severe fluctuation:low visibility attractions are greatly influenced by external factors.Vary with each individual:different groups have different emotional experiences in scenic spots.(5)Shigatse is the "spatial threshold node" of the emotional experience of Tibet's tourism space.After arriving at Shigatse,whether to continue the trip to Ali becomes the boundary point of Tibet tourism.Therefore,based on the tourists whether to continue Ali trip,divided Tibet tourist routes into two modes:The Small Scale Line Composite Mode and The Large-Scale Line Composite Mode.There are three innovations in this research:First,this study combined the tourist route with emotional experience,explored the research of line emotional experience.Studying tourists' emotional experience of Tibet tourist routes can provide new research ideas for tourist routes' research.Second,"temporal threshold" and "spatial threshold node" are obtained.It can guide tourists to choose their stay time and tourist routes and help travel operator plan tourist routes preferably and improve the line service quality.Third,this study optimized Tibet tourism routes based on the emotional experience of tourists.On the basis of analyzing the emotional experience of existing tourist routes,this study explores the combination modes of Tibetan tourism through tourists'emotional experience to optimize the tourist routes.This study in theory promote the in-depth study of tourist routes,at the same time,it can also direct tour operators in practice,thus promote Tibet tourism development.
