Research On The Impact Of Smart Factors Of Tourist City On Tourists' Experience Value

With the accelerating process of urbanization and the development of tourism in China,cities explode with unprecedented vigor and vitality.In the awareness of tourists,the city not only has became the first destination of perceptions before and during the process,but also the first impression sign after.With the advent of the information age,the tourist function of convenience has rapidly influenced urban tourism and tourists' experience value.Based on the theories of tourism geography and management science,and "method-purpose chain" theory,"tourism system " theory,the author combed domestic and foreign literature,used web text analysis,interviews and mathematical statistics to analyze the cases in Xiamen City.The author selected the relevant indicators so as to summarize the smart factors of tourist cities and discuss the relationship between smart factors and tourist experience value.Combining the theory and practice,this paper constructed the evaluation index system and made an empirical analysis of Xiamen.Finally,it put forward some concrete countermeasures for the future development of Xiamen.The main conclusions were as follows:(1)The smart factors of tourist cities included six dimensions: smart information,smart tickets,smart transportation,smart tour,smart sharing and smart management,29 indexes.Tourist' experience value was composed of 13 indexes from 4 dimensions.(2)The smart factors had a significant positive impact on the tourists' experience value and satisfaction;The different way of traveling can also be significantly adjusted the relationship between smart factors and satisfaction;The positive impact of tourist experience value had an highly effect on satisfaction,which indicated that higher tourist experience value can bring higher tourist satisfaction.(3)The development degree of smart factors in Xiamen was 3.5369,which was in the upper middle level.Specifically,“smart sharing” had the lowest level of development,followed by “smart tour”,“smart transportation”,“smart information”,and “smart management”.The highest level of development was “smart tickets”,based on this,some corresponding suggestions had been proposed.In terms of smart sharing,we should increase online transaction incentives and after-sales complaints processing services,and strengthen smart service innovations with visitor experience as the core;in terms of smart tour,we will strengthen the construction of network communication infrastructure services,and focus on building smart commentary and virtual tourism projects;in terms of smart transportation,we should strengthen smart formation planning and smart public transport construction,and promote the joint construction of smart transport in all regions;in terms of smart information,we will strengthen smart recommendations and smart information platform;in terms of smart management,we can promote the smart environment protection,use the big data to do flow monitoring,and strengthen smart safe management;at last but not least,as for smart tickets,to do a good job in the follow-up construction and maintenance of existing smart ticketing systems,and steadily move forward.
