Fast Moving Consumer Goods(FMCG)industry is a active industry in social and economic life.It features high frequency consumption,short using life cycle,large consumption group and low brand loyalty of consumers.Along with the further development of China's economy,more and more foreign FMCG companies to invest into China through M&A.AB Company acts as the world's largest beer manufacturer into China,with the rapid of merger and acquisition of several local beer manufacturers,its final purpose is to build up brand concentration,and expand the scale of operation to reduce production costs and improve profitability and ability through M&A related measures.However,the short term integration has not achieved original purpose yet.One of the important reasons is that the sub-entities that come from M&A still have their own performance management system,which leads to the difficulties in resources integration.This dissertation systematically analyzed the existing problems about performance management implementation in AB Management and Operation Company Of AB Greater China,and points out its objective deficiencies.For example,the lack of scientific performance planning,lack of communication,the non-systematical performance appraisal,and the lack of reasonable application of performance appraisal results.Based on the existing problems,from the perspective of business management,AB Management and Operation Company leveraged the balanced scorecard to improve Logistics department performance management system based on strategic goal.The Improved performance management system formulates practical performance plans according to the actual situation of the logistics department,and pays attention to the application of practical concrete operation.The implementation of the improved performance management system emphasizes communication and counsel.Encourage all members of the department be involved in and be well aware of performance management is a strategy oriented.Improved performance management system builds more fair platform for members of the department since each position can be objectively appraised and have effective feedback to department managers and employees.To analyze the reason of poor performance,make improvement plan,not only realize personal performance,but facilitate to improve department performance.The Improved performance management system also discusses how to fully apply the performance appraisal results,not only in the performance diagnosis and improvement,but also apply to other subsystems of the human resources.It is hoped that the designed ideas and practice based on the existing problem of performance management system in the department can have reference for other enterprises with similar problems.
