Since the rapid development of economic globalization,all enterprises in China need to pay more attention to the human resource management of enterprises in the fierce market competition,especially the research on performance management.Xinjiang Xinneng Logistics Co.,Ltd.,which is studied in this paper,is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinjiang Xinneng Group Co.,Ltd.,a collective enterprise of State Grid Xinjiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd.Since its establishment in 2011,Xinneng Logistics has been generating revenue for seven consecutive years.As the company continues to grow and develop,its scale has also increased,and various internal and external influences have followed.In addition,the “One Belt,One Road” all-round opening pattern has forced the logistics industry to develop rapidly.This puts higher demands on the realization of strategic goals and the improvement of corporate performance management level.Therefore,Xinneng Logistics Company urgently needs to develop a comprehensive performance management system for a series of activities such as enterprise management,operation,production,customers,employee growth,etc.The optimized performance management system will be on the performance of Xinneng Logistics Company.The improvement of management level is of great significance.Through comprehensive analysis,theoretical research and method discussion of relevant performance management systems,this paper explains the important elements of performance management in its composition and the value in practical production and application.At the same time,the theory and development process of the balanced scorecard are also summarized and summarized,which provides theoretical support for the development of the new energy logistics company performance management system.On the basis of summarizing the current salary system and performance management status of Xinneng Logistics Company,it points out that the problems existing in the performance management of Xinneng Logistics Company mainly involve the unscientific setting of assessment indicators,weak execution ability and insufficient application of performance results.The incentive effect is not obvious,and the performance communication effect is not good.After analysis,it is believed that the excessive pursuit of financial evaluation,insufficient attention,the formality of democratic decision-making,the opacity of performance management,and the low participation of employees are the main reasons for these problems.On this basis,the design idea of performance management scheme based on balanced scorecard is proposed.The main point of this paper is to find out the way to create a high performance performance management system in the practical application of the new energy logistics company,and use the balanced scorecard theory to construct a performance evaluation index system.Under the premise of following the SMART principle,the work evaluation method is used to design the performance evaluation index,and the weight factor method is used to set the weight of the evaluation index.At the same time,from the organization support,basic work support,supervision and constraint mechanism support and system support,etc.The aspect puts forward the safeguard measures required for the implementation of performance management by Xinneng Logistics.According to the performance management process theory,this paper designs a performance management system that adapts to the characteristics of the enterprise,thus forming an optimized and comprehensive performance management system for the new energy logistics company,and then promotes the overall management level of the company.An effective performance management system will provide reference and guidance for employee performance management in all departments of the company.At the same time,it also hopes to provide reference and suggestions for performance management of more enterprises. |
