Study On Extension Of Agricultural Technology In Peasant Specialized Cooperatives In Changsha County

With the support of the government of farmers' professional cooperatives gradually increased,the farmer specialized cooperatives in Changsha County rapid development,service wide areas,with their own advantages in the promotion of agricultural development and agricultural comprehensive benefit plays an increasingly important role.However,there are some deficiencies.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of Changsha County Agricultural Bureau of the relevant personnel and cooperative interviews,questionnaire survey of farmers join,reveals the main problems of Changsha County agricultural cooperatives and its reasons,and put forward some policy suggestions.The study found that the main problems of Changsha County farmers' professional cooperatives of agricultural technology promotion: radiation of farmers' professional cooperatives of agricultural promotion drive agricultural extension service uneven;the ability of farmers' professional cooperatives is not strong;farmers' professional cooperatives and farmers benefit distribution and profit mechanism is not perfect;the farmers cooperatives of Agricultural Technology Extension undertaking is not high.The causes of these problems are: Farmers' professional cooperatives two level differentiation serious;farmer cooperatives of agricultural extension funds;government support policies and mechanism of cooperatives is not perfect;the overall quality of farmers' professional cooperatives of farmers is not high.To this end,the author puts forward the following countermeasures through access to information and research: Farmers' professional cooperatives to improve their quality;increase the support of the government and the guiding role;optimization of agricultural technology extension service system of farmers' professional cooperatives;to strengthen the scientific and cultural quality of farmers training.Finally this paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of farmer cooperatives in the agricultural technology promotion in Hunan,combined with the specific circumstances of Changsha County Province,the local farmers cooperatives of agricultural extension development suggestions were put forward.
