Research On The Efficiency Mechanism Of Agricultural Science And Technology Extension Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

Science and technology are the primary productive forces,the main source of agricultural production development and rural economic growth is the development of agricultural science and technology.Along with the advance of the traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,in order to meet the new requirements of agricultural economic marketization,specialization and socialization,including farmer cooperatives,family farms,a variety of new agricultural business entities in large numbers.Theoretically speaking,farmers' professional cooperatives to spread and promote scientific and technological achievements has obvious advantages,but in practice,scientific and technological achievements to promote the efficiency of farmers' professional cooperatives is not ideal,and the current domestic farmers' professional cooperatives to promote scientific and technological achievements the effectiveness of special research is still rare at home and abroad.Clearly understand the farmers' professional cooperatives in the promotion of science and technology in the effect of how?It is of great practical significance to improve the efficiency of science and technology promotion of farmers'professional cooperatives in our country.In view of this,this study based on the survey in Changsha County,the evaluation of farmers' cooperatives technology promotion effect,preliminary analysis of the main factors restricting the efficiency of farmers' professional cooperatives the popularization of science and technology,based on the experiences of foreign farmers cooperatives of farmers' cooperatives to promote science and technology put forward some synergistic strategy.Based on the investigation of Changsha County farmer cooperatives,farmers'cooperatives to promote science and technology assessment results,the results shows that although in recent years,farmers' professional cooperatives and farmers join development in quantity,capital and organization scale very quickly,but the promotion of agricultural science and technology performance is not high.Further analysis of the reasons for the lack of funds,technical staff is not enough,the level of technology is not high,face multiple risks,etc..Based on the experiences of foreign farmer cooperatives on the proposed farmer cooperatives to promote science and technology of the correspondence of synergy strategy,such as:government support,expand financing channels,strengthen technological characteristics and personnel training,multi-channel risk aversion,standardized construction.
