| China’s rapid new urbanization,industrialization,and informationization process has triggered a tremendous transformation of man-land relations.Accompanying the dramatic changes in the spatial pattern of land use,the frequency of land-use conflicts has increased,and the form and content of conflicts have become more complicated.The shift of China’s economy to a new stage of high-quality development means that it faces new opportunities and challenges.In the past,the situation of over-reliance on increasing the consumption of material resources to achieve rapid and extensive economic growth has become a thing of the past.The new economic development model pays more attention to the harmony of man-land relations,the optimization of land development pattern and the construction of "Beautiful China".This will undoubtedly affect the carrier of existence of human society——the land has far-reaching implications.The existing land use function research lacks a unified classification standard in the functional classification system,mostly for relatively single research scales,and is weak in multi-scale functional evaluation methods.Therefore,the study of land use,especially its multi-scale functional change and coupled coordination relationship,is a requirement for the upgrading of land use research and the deepening of research content.The classification system of production,living,and ecological functions(abbreviated as "Production-Living-Ecological" function)can effectively link up with the "three-lines" spatial planning of the land and the formulation of regional transformation and development strategies.It is a new perspective to study the land space development pattern and the comprehensive benefits of the region.This study takes Jiangsu Province as the research area.Based on the definition of the concept and characteristics of the "Production-Living-Ecological" function,the evaluation index system of the administrative unit scale and grid scale is constructed,and the unification and integration of administrative unit and the grid.Using the coupling coordination model to quantitatively calculate the spatio-temporal differences and the characteristics of the coupled-coordination type regions in Jiangsu Province from 2005 to 2015,and draws the following conclusions:(1)From the general spatial distribution of the "Production-Living-Ecological" function of the administrative unit scale in Jiangsu Province,the functions in both the years of 2005 and 2015 showed a gradient from south to north;The global Moran index of each city and county is positive,indicating that the spatial correlation is positively correlated,and there is a spatial aggregation phenomenon rather than a complete randomness;in the local autocorrelation Moran analysis,most cities and counties are distributed in the first and third.The quadrant indicates that the function presents a high-high or low-low spatial agglomeration.The grid scale production function has increased significantly from 2005 to 2015.The overall characteristics showing a declining trend from south to north,the value of the grid within the municipal district is greater than that of the surrounding areas;the function of living is in the spatial distribution of the population.The population of grid units that are located in the municipal districts is relatively large,which is related to the degree of economic development.The economically developed regions provide more public infrastructure and employment opportunities;and the overall ecological function is relatively unchanged.The obvious grids are:The quality of some grid ecological environment in the coastal area has decreased significantly,which is related to the development and construction along the beach;some environments have a certain degree of decline in some grids in cities with better economic development.On the characteristics of spatial and temporal distribution of multi-scale function,Jiangsu’s production function and living function have been greatly improved from 2005 to 2015,but the spatial differentiation is more obvious;the ecological functions have declined during the period from 2005 to 2015,and the areas with prominent ecological functions mainly include the Jianghuai Lake,the hilly area where the Hongze Lake and Chengzi Lake are located,and the South hilly area(including Taihu Lake)and the eastern coast.(2)Dividing the land use "Production-Living-Ecological" function coupling coordination area into five types:mild misadjustment zone,endangered zone,primary coordination zone,intermediate coordination zone and good coordination zone.From the perspective of the coupling and coordinating overall structure of administrative units in Jiangsu Province,the coupling-coordination type area in the northern Jiangsu region is dominated by an impoverished area;From the perspective of change,The degree of coupling coordination has been upgraded rapidly,with a large number of cities and counties ranging from minor imbalances to endangered ones and impending misalignment to primary coordination;in the Central regions,functional coordination in various cities and counties from 2005 to 201 5,The type area is characterized by the change of mildly disordered areas to imperfect areas;in the South of Jiangsu Province,the function coordination coupling areas in 2005 and 2015 all use the primary coordination area as the main type;In the three major regions,the degree of coupling coordination in the southern Jiangsu region is the highest.(3)The mild imbalance in the "Production-Living-Ecological" functional coupling-coordination type area of multi-scale land has the smallest proportion in Jiangsu Province,and is mainly distributed in some areas of northern Jiangsu Province;the proportion of endangered areas is the biggest decrease from 2005 to 2015,decreasing from 41.71%to 7.8%,northern Jiangsu Province.The increase in the coupling and coordination of the functions in cities and counties in the region is the main reason;the proportion of primary coordination areas in 2015 was the largest,accounting for 58.87%,of which the cities and counties in northern Jiangsu accounted for 65.41%of the total number of primary coordination areas;the intermediate coordination area and the well-coordinated area also have certain growth,with the increase of 5.15%and 6.37%respectively,and are mainly distributed in the cities and counties in the southern part of the country. |
