The emergence of Internet finance not only changes people's way of life but also people's way of thinking.In order to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals,P2P emerged as the times,becoming the most representative business model of Internet finance.Today,P2P industry is gradually regulating,P2P network loans from this year start to move to the second"decade".In addition to regulatory issues and risk control problems,P2P is facing new challenges,including a set of scientific and comprehensive enterprise performance evaluation system,which can reflect the implementation of platform strategic objectives accurately and can be crucial in the long-term,healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.BSC(Balanced Score Card)is an advanced and effective strategy management tool,based on the analysis of enterprise strategy,from four aspects,which include financial,customer,internal processes,learning and growth.BSC is used more and more widely in the world and in various industries.Starting from the first listed P2P enterprises in China,this paper attempts to use the Balanced Scorecard introduced in the management and construction of the enterprise by two the management masters,Robert Kaplan and David Norton.The logical framework of this paper is as follows,the first part is a brief description of the background and significance of the thesis,and put forward my research ideas and research methods based on the literature review of the Balanced Scorecard.The second part is discussed mainly on the relevant concepts,focusing on the Balanced Scorecard and its relationship with the strategy.The third part is to introduce domestic P2P industry background,including the analysis of industry present situation through the relevant data,the industry problems and the current situation of performance appraisal.Simultaneously it introduced the necessity and feasibility of the balanced scorecard in the P2P enterprise.The fourth part is to introduce the case enterprises in this paper,including its performance appraisal status and strategy,to prepare for the construction of the balanced scorecard performance evaluation system.The fifth part is the construction of Yirendai with the balanced scorecard system,including index construction,determination and so on.The sixth part is a brief description of the safeguard measures when Yirendai is implementing Balanced Scorecard and the aspects needing attention.The last part is the summary of the paper.If enterprises in P2P industry want to establish a scientific and complete employee performance management system,they need to rely on the mature and systematic theoretical system and explore in practice constantly.The paper applies a balanced scorecard on the P2P platform and tries to construct the performance management system in Yirendai,so as to provide some useful ideas for staff management of P2P enterprises in China and enhance the enterprise healthy and sustainable development.
