Based On ITILResearch Based Information Technology Operation Process Optimization

In recent years,the development of information system and IT infrastructure is very fast.The information technology center of C Securities Company gets more and more pressure from its normal operation of the company's business.How to raise IT operation ability and management level and how to make information technology become the company's core-competitiveness are difficult problems of the center leaders.These are also the targets and demands of C Securities Company,which are instituted according to the strategic plan for the development of 13th Five-Year by company senior leaders.The leaders of center must solve these problems.In this paper,the writer took the information technology center as the object of study,used various research methods to solve problems.The present situation of the information technology center was estimated and analyzed.Firstly,company staffs were talked based on IS020000 standard.Secondly,the conversation result was estimated by Gap Analysis,which based on PDCA.These key issues of center's operation processes were ascertained.The necessity and feasibility ofbusiness process improvement(BPI)are analyzed,which were the base of setting the optimized goals.Finally,ITIL was used to optimize the center s operation processes.Organizational structure adjustment,Service directory building,and specific management process improvement were contained,which were hoped to solute these key issues,improve the operational excellence.
