ZY company mainly provide bank card financial call center service for boc group, along with the development of the company's business scale, to the requirement of secure and stable operation of the information system more and more high, the company's data center operations provided by the service management has become the ZY company to maintain the lifeblood of business and development.ZY data center found that the localization of past those traditional, extensive operational service management mode of fragmentation, have been unable to meet the actual needs of the company for the safe and stable production, need to introduce more advanced operational service management mode, make the data center operations provided by the service management work toward full control, fast strain, fine management, modular mode change, to meet the company's business development requirements, deliver improved operational service management mode.This article through to the ZY data center operations service management system present situation analysis, refer to ITIL(information technology infrastructure library), ISO20000 information technology service management(international standards) the requirements of the standards and best practices and system theory, the evaluation and gap analysis evaluation, find the gap and system standard and improvement goals.According to the improved target and combined with the business development needs, the existing IT service management processes to carry on the design, the improvement work, make IT accord with the requirement of ISO standard at the same time, to the best practices of ITIL, in order to better provide effective technical support for the company's business development.At the same time, this article will also be ZY data center operations service management system to review the improvement plan and effectiveness of the measures, formulate a truly effective process runs the inspection supervision mechanism, thus accurate and effective data for process operation and analysed, for evaluation of the process, improve the effect of the operation, finally make the improved operational service management system to achieve integration of resources, optimize process, improve efficiency, improve the management level of purpose.In this paper the results of the study will be applied in ZY data center operations service management system optimization improvement project, through combing clear operational service system management objectives and development direction, plan as a whole considering organization pattern, the standard of the service process, system and system platform, etc., within the enterprise to pilot construction, various operation experience, gradually popularized in ZY company governs all perfect.
