Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Land Stock Cooperatives

The rural land contract management right joint stock cooperatives(referred to as land joint cooperative cooperatives)have important theoretical and practical significance in improving the degree of agricultural intensification,resolving the non-agricultural land production risk and safeguarding farmers' land rights and interests.2015-2017 for three consecutive years on the 1st document clearly proposed to guide farmers to establish land shares cooperatives,to build a new type of agricultural management system.Chongzhou City,Sichuan Province after years of practice,the formation of the"land shares cooperatives + agricultural professional managers + modern agricultural service system" Trinity "agricultural co-operation" model,access to widely recognized and affirmed;but "co-operation" in the experience After several years of operation,also encountered the bottleneck of development,including:Cooperatives operating costs are higher,low efficiency,the distribution of benefits is not perfect,high-quality management personnel lack of supporting services can not keep up.In this study,49 representative land co-operatives were selected from eight townships in the origin of land stock cooperative in Chongzhou City.After field interviews and questionnaires,the author analyzes the causes,status and characteristics of the development This paper analyzes the problems and causes in the development of the current cooperatives,and concludes the relevant policy recommendations from the aspects of operational mechanism,economic benefit,benefit distribution,personnel training and supporting services through the summary of typical case experiences and revelations.,Which provides a reference for the sustainable development of land shares cooperatives.
