Study On The Efficience And Influence Fators Of Land Joint-stock Cooperative System In Chongzhou City

In recent years,the state has introduced policies to encourage the construction of new agricultural production and management system and the cultivation of the new agricultural production and operation subject,giving farmers the right to get more value-added benefits from the land based on the stable Contractual Management Right,in order to promote the production of agricultural reform and the development of the modernization in rural areas. Land joint-stock cooperatives are an important part of new type of agricultural production and operation subject, protecting the farmers’most fundamental of the rights in land,promoting the land circulation and the scale management,improving the production capacity of Agriculture.Study efficiency level of the business to guarantee the sustainable management of the land joint-stock cooperatives,and it plays an important part in the process of farmers to enjoy more of the land value-added income, the income,the enhance of the occupation ability and the technical level.Based on a detailed description of the concepts about the land joint-stock cooperatives efficiency and Bootstrap-DEA measurement method.And then use the Bootstrap-DEA model to calculate the technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of land joint-stock cooperatives in Chongzhou.Then use Single Truncated Bootstrap model to analysis the factors how to affect the results,including 6 factors-financial leverage, the scale of the cooperative,benefit distribution,the ability of professor managers,size of the Board and human capital of the members.The results show that:(1)the cooperatives have an immature and non-standard management system,unable to do the right guidance and effective restraint on different subjects,resulting in low pure technical efficiency; (2)the land joint-stock cooperatives’ efficient scale can be achived by expanding the cooperatives’scale,but the irrational allocation of resource inputs will get lower overall efficiency; (3)Financial management is not sound,the financial data was incomplete and distorted,so do not get the desired validation results of financial leverage;(4)Because proessional managers without experience in social duties and with poor management,the members’human capital level is not high,so they have a significantly negative effect on the cooperatives’technical efficiency; (5)the benefit mechanism of base and divided can increase the technical efficiency and scale efficiency,but it will occupy the income on the occupation managers and cooperatives.At last There are some suggestions for reference to improve the effience of Chong Zhou’s land joint-stock cooperatives.
