With the rapid and sustained development of China's economy, it is the inevitable trend to develop the agriculture through moderate large-scale management (MLM). On the background of household contract responsibility system, the only way to achieve this goal is to speed up the farmland transfer. But sub-contraction as the most popular way of farmland transfer has many disadvantages, including the narrow scope of the transaction, the short duration of the circulation and the limited transaction procedures. The effect of sub-contraction in reducing the homeland's level of detail is very limited. By contrast, the cooperative shares system can realize MLM in a larger scale and has shown strong vitality in achieving MLM by industrialized agricultural management. At present, share cooperative system of rural land (SCSRL) in China is still in the pilot phase and has not entered the stage of the legal norms. In practice, there are still a lot of problems. How to solve these problems and improve the SCSRL, bring it's strengths into play becomes a key issue for us. Thus, studying on the problems of the SCSRL and improving it are not only meaningful in theory but also important in practice.Domestic researchers have made some research on SCSRL, but we find that most of them are the "practicer" at the front line of reform. There are few scholars who have researched the SCSRL. Even so, their achievements mainly focus on the ownership and management structure. We haven't seen any people who research from the micro-level including their attention and the factors that have impacts on it. Based on theory of SCSRL, combined with the research achievements of farmland transfer, we choose Wenling County for investigation, talk about the SCSRL system's performance. Then on the basis of theoretical analysis, we puts forward the research hypotheses, explores the main factors internal and external that have impact on farmers' attention on becoming a shareholder using the Logistic model analysis and desire analysis. We attempts to reveal the new problems and bottlenecks emerged in the SCSRL reform. According to the results of investigation and data analysis, several research conclusions are drawn:First, SCSRL in Wenling has a broad mass base; the existing SCSRL are running well; but the mobility of the farmland stock is far below farmers' cognition.Second, raising the level of people's culture qualities can promote the SCSRL reform.Third, rural household registration management system and the farmland's security function hinder the implementation of the SCSRL.Forth, the limitation of the social security system is one of the handbacks in SCSRL reform.Last, if we can't improve the SCSRL's market-oriented shares, the SCSRL in Wenling is likely staying power.
