The importance of knowledge in the organization,with the advent of knowledge economy era and its increasing emphasis on,the community began to concern the problems of knowledge management and organization in response to market competition mainly rely on their own knowledge and the knowledge management ability,the ability of knowledge management in all walks of life will start as one of the key factors to enhance and consolidate market competitiveness.As an important part of the social relations,labor relations,as an important part of the market relationship,play an important role in maintaining the harmonious atmosphere of the society.At present,there is concern about the relationship between labor relations and knowledge management ability.More and more scholars think that the two are synergistic and the relationship of labor relations has an important influence on the promotion of knowledge management ability.Therefore,The influence of labor relations on knowledge management ability has its practical significance.This paper firstly studies the relationship between the domestic and foreign scholars in recent years on labor relations and knowledge management capabilities,in order to further analyze the relationship between the two,the author uses the method of dimension analysis and empirical analysis,this method is the most effective way for the academic community recognized analysis of labor relations and knowledge management capability,research the assumption of this article is put forward on the basis of this,in order to verify the hypothesis,the author establishes the corresponding theoretical model,through sampling and analysis methods from the questionnaires collected in summary data to validate the proposed hypothesis.Finally,through theoretical research and empirical analysis,found that the relationship between labor relations and labor satisfaction atmosphere have a positive effect on knowledge management ability and knowledge management ability.In view of the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions,hoping to create a positive atmosphere of labor relations and enhance the satisfaction of labor relations,so as to promote the improvement of organizational knowledge management capabilities.
