As China’s climate economy is transiting, labor relations becomes more and more prominent. It is a great need to form harmonious labor relations, which should base on the corresponding theory. Most scholars study the labor relations institutionally or legally and are in favor to establish and perfect the laws and institutions related to labor relations. But it is far from enough. It is believed that organizational ethical climate can affect the motivation, attitude and value of workers, and improve their relationship with the employers. Therefore, organizational ethical climate is likely to become one of the effective ways to improve labor relationship satisfaction. In this article, the study of labor relations is in the perspective of organizational ethical climate, and tries to find the influential path on the labor relationship satisfaction. It will also complement the original labor relations theory.Firstly, this article summarizes the research results of organizational ethical climate at home and abroad. Then, research the labor relationship satisfaction base on the theory of job satisfaction. At the same time the labor relationship trust is defined. This article analyses the logical relationship between the three variables and put forward the hypothesis and conceptual model. Then analyze the overview of the research sample through the descriptive statistical analysis with SPSS 16.0 statistical software, and confirm that the questionnaire has high reliability and validity through reliability validity analysis and factor analysis, and use the data to analyze correlation and regression.This paper analyzes the relationship among the organizational ethical climate, labor relations trust and labor relations satisfaction as well as their respective dimensions. And the conclusions are as follows:organizational ethical climate promotes labor relations satisfaction and labor relations trust, which also has a positive role on labor relations satisfaction. We can find labor relations trust brings organizational ethical climate and labor relations satisfaction together.In the end, this article makes conclusions on management and points out the disadvantages and prospects of the study.
