Since the commercial fitness club behaviors as a high-touch service enterprise,the fitness trainer's work directly links with customer's consumption.It appears that the trainer's level of professional,mental outlook,emotions and behavior will directly affect the customer's fitness effect and perception of club service,also link with the club's service quality and business performance.At present,there are still shortcomings in management of the pay and benefits,training and development,personnel assessment and so on about human resources of Chinese fitness clubs.The trainer's loyalty and sense of belonging are not high,so is the satisfaction of their work content,conditions and environment.Therefore they switch jobs easily due to the bad labor relations and atmosphere.So the club should focus on improving the management concepts and systems to create a relaxing,happy and positive labor relations climate for the fitness trainer.Based on the theory of organizational climate and psychological contract,it's researched that how the labor relations climate effects job satisfaction,and the intermediary role of organizational commitment between them.Firstly,the literature about labor relations climate,organizational commitment and job satisfaction are analyzed,and the framework of the paper is established on their relations.Secondly,design the questionnaire is based on the interview with 7 fitness club managers and senior trainers,and put forward the research model and hypothesis.Thirdly,provide questionnaire for fitness trainers and get 231 valid pieces back.The factors of research variables are analyzed by SPSS.SPSS is also used to do descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the paper data.The results are as follows:(1)The fitness trainer's perception of labor relations climate,organizational commitment and job satisfaction differs greatly according to their educational and professional background,years of working in one club and years of working as a trainer.(2)The fitness trainer don't think highly of the current commercial fitness club's labor relations climate,organizational commitment and job satisfaction,especially the emotional commitment and management measures of club.(3)Labor relations climate has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment,job satisfaction and each of their factors,except for the “work itself”factor.(4)Organizational commitment plays a mediating role in the impact of labor relations climate on job satisfaction.Finally,the following management recommendations based on the findings are made:(1)Establish the “people-oriented” management concept;(2)Modify and improve the club's systems;(3)Satisfy the trainer's emotional needs through organizational culture construction;(4)Build up the positive and harmonious interpersonal atmosphere.
