In recent years,with the rapid development of tourism,one of the tours has been unable to meet the psychological needs of people novelty divergent,sightseeing while more and more people want to enhance the cultural quality of tourism,sex tourism and to enhance participation experiential.In the six elements of tourism,"food" for its traditional cuisine with a strong resource history and culture,participatory and fun just to meet the needs of this history.China is known as " cooking Kingdom","taste authentic Chinese food" has become a direct motivation of many foreign tourists to China,the traditional cuisine has been sought after by more and more people in the country.In recent years,Jingmen in its " China ·agricultural valley " status gradually been recognized on the basis,to develop rural tourism,its unique traditional cuisine is also due to the development of rural tourism to get people' s attention.In such a large background,the development of tourism products Jingmen facing traditional cuisine also faces opportunities and challenges.This article includes a total of five parts:first chapter introduces the research background,significance,review of researches,research objectives,methods and technical route;Chapter Two basic concepts and fundamental research to define the basic concept of rural tourism and traditional cuisine,summed up the basic theory associated;Chapter III Jingmen traditional food resource analysis,first introduced the natural and human factors Jingmen food culture formation and summarized on the basis of the traditional food resources,geographical distribution and specialty resources,further analysis of the development conditions Jingmen traditional cuisine resources.Chapter IV on the status of traditional cuisine Jingmen tourism product development,the problems discussed,and the development of proposals and the spatial layout of traditional cuisine tourism products tentative.The fifth chapter summarizes and proposed research prospects.
