Communist Party of China 17th National People's Congress pointed out:Practice forever without limits, innovation forever without limits. The tourism is which needs new, wonderful and unusual. It is an industry which needs to innovate all the time. It pursues that others hasn't which I have, others have it but I am very special, others in special while I am out of the ordinary. Tourism can't develop if hasn't innovation, it also hasn't competitive power. Because it is a culture which changes frequently with the special characteristic. Develops the new tourism destination needs to innovate, and it also needs to innovate if the traditional tourism destination wants to development sustainable. Therefore, the study on innovative development of Xinjiang's traditional tourism destination is the key point of this paper.This article takes Xinjiang's traditional tourism destination as the object of study. First take a simple outline about the related concept and the theory, and take a simple summary and analysis about key area's tourism of Xinjiang. Then take the Turpan area as the example, take a proof about the necessity and the feasibility of Turpan area tourism's innovation develop,and proposed the way of the Turpan tourism innovation development , it is identify innovative development goals, analysis the background of innovation development, take the systematic characteristic, sustainable and the scientific innovation development idea as the instruction, forms a development pattern which take the resource development innovation, the image mold innovation, the product design innovation, the market development innovation and the environmental policy innovation as a body . At the same time carried out a preliminary study to the concrete method and the measure.
