The new China Unicom Company in Inner Mongolia have been formally established on October 15,2008 and this company formerly known as Inner Mongolia Netcom and Unicom.And the re-integrated new company mainly engages in mobile communication business,domestic and international fixed telephone network and facilities(including wireless local loop road),voice,data,image and multimedia communications and information services,telecommunications value-added services,IP telephone services,and other businesses approved by the state,as well as business-related communications and information system integration services.This company has faced two major telecommunication operators,including:Inner Mongolia Mobile Company and Telecom Company.The enterprise confronts enormous pressure.How to improve and strengthen the enterprise management,arouse the staffs' enthusiasm,activity and creativity,utilize the resources which all can be used and make sustainable and healthy development for the enterprise,it makes higher requirements and becomes a stronger challenge for the China Unicom.Based on the balanced score cards,target management,KPI performance management and so on,and through the intensive and systematic research on current situation of the China Unicom company's performance evaluation system,the improved scheme about the China Unicom Company's performance evaluation system was put forward by the author in this paper.
