Economic globalization has penetrated into all walks of life, business competition is more diversified, more important to do the core elements of enterprise competition of talent, how to attract talents, encourage talents, retain talents become the priority among priorities for long-term development of enterprises, and the development, competition factor talent this enterprises based on the need of scientific and reasonable performance management system to provide support, performance management is a management tool for modern enterprises must and widely used, the establishment and implementation of scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system is the key step to enhance enterprise competitiveness, the implementation of the work force, internal management ability, enterprise effective performance management can maximize the strategic objectives and individual company value realization organic combination, thus improve the competitiveness and vitality of enterprises.Inner Mongolia A fuel company company belongs to one of the five major power Group A, is mainly responsible coal procurement for the A Group’s affiliated enterprises such as B Power Generation Company (8sets of600000kilowatts of thermal power units) and C Power Generation Company (2sets of300000kilowatts of thermal power units) and Renewable Resources Company, use the train Sinotrans some coal to thermal power enterprises in region of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei. there is no specific standard reference, the original performance evaluation system is applied to build a A Group thermal power industry standards, do not have a lot of adaptability, there are many problems in the implementation of the development, which is not conducive to the company.Therefore, the paper research the performance appraisal system for Inner Mongolia A fuel company, explores the existing problems, and put forward the improvement measures, aims to provide some reference for the performance management of the company.
