With the rapid development of the Internet,the network transfer the information and engage in commercial activities as a new carrier in modern society,covering almost every comer of the society,which also contributed to the rapid development of e-commerce activities..In this new context,the traditional business model of chinese printing industry is facing new challenges and opportunities.To take advantage of the e-commerce platform for marketing,printing companies'marketing experience becomes efficient and convenient from the intemet.lt can be said that,the rapid development and applications of the Internet makes both the suppiers and demanders in the printing industry achieve a win-win.Chongwen International as a state-owned enterprise in the printing industry,has embarked on a road of e-commerce,but the direction of development is uncertain,therefore the formulation and implementation of e-commerce development strategy is imperative.The paper take the the Chongwen international e-commerce development as the research object,firstly proposed the existing problems and the causes of the company's e-commerce development.On this basis,the paper analyzes the company's e-commerce development strategy.Using the analytic method of PEST,combined with the analysis of industry environment,the paper analyzes the company's external strategic environment.Using the analytic method of SWOT,combined with the analysis of advantages of internal resources,the paper analyzes the company's internal strategic environment.And it clears the company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the development of e-commerce.Combined with the analysis of the e-commerce strategy,the paper uses the SWOT matrix for the company to develop the SO,WO,ST and WT strategy.And then it clears the star business status for e-commerce,combined with diversified business analysis of the company,and develop strategy for the development of e-commerce using the Boston matrixLastly,the paper presents the principles,stages and safeguards for the implementation of strategy.And it specifies strategy direction to solve the problem of strategy development for Chongwen international.
