Human resource is the core of the modern management.Continuously improve the human resources development and the management level,is not only the need to improve the market competitiveness,the development of the economy,but also an important guarantee for a country,a nation,a region,a unit of the long-term prosperity.Chinese CASIC hospitals to establish "innovation type,open type,combination type of Aerospace Science and technology new system" and "the international first-class large-scale Aerospace Group" the grand strategic objectives,and continuously improve the overall quality of talent,and constantly improve the incentive and restraint mechanism,stimulate the total energy.In order to study the problems of human resource management in hospitals,this paper adopts the method of literature and investigation method.The main research contents include:This paper mainly introduced the research background and the significance of this study,the aim of this study is described,and the research status at home and abroad are discussed in this paper,introduces the research method and content of this paper provides an overview of the relevant theory.This paper introduces the human resource and human resource management.On the strategic human resource management in detail;reveals the concept of human resources,human resources management concept,system,mechanism and characteristics.The expectancy theory,equity theory,Maslow's needs theory,reinforcement theory,incentive theory are introduced;at the same time,analysis of the machine performance management theory and compensation theory;were explained and discussed the existence of the problem of hospital human resources.First of all,the hospitals are introduced,the current situation of human resource of hospitals,the hospital human resource management mechanism and strategy of human resource management are analyzed,and has conducted the research to the human resources strategy of hospitals;hospital human resource management resource model.Focus on the hospital human resource planning model,compensation and performance management model,employee relationship model and human resource management model of hospital human resource management;measures.In order to build three excellent human capital management team,to provide protection for the development of staff,the construction of enterprise culture based on performance,is proposed to optimize the hospital human resource management measures to improve the salary and welfare system.
