Real estate as an important part of beneficial to the people’s livelihood " basic necessitiesof life ", has always been a hot issue of concern. Can not be ignored, the impact ofmacro-control policies in recent years, the real estate enterprises are facing greater uncertainty.So, some of the real estate development enterprises began to adjust development strategy,through upstream and downstream resources integration of industrial chain, namely jointdesign, construction as a whole to coordinate operation. As a labor-intensive industry, realestate enterprises competition is human resource, because additional real estate, is recognizedby the market and the quality of service is decided by man, who has the talent, who is thebiggest winner. The enterprise strategic adjustment to strategic human resource managementto adapt to their, challenges and opportunities in the circumstances, only through continuousintegration and optimization of human resources to build the core competitiveness ofenterprises, in order to win the initiative in the industry reshuffle. Source of profits of the realestate industry from the project, in the operating mode of the new integration, with theexpansion of the scale of the headquarters staff, how to coordinate the project human resourcemanagement, the coordination among the items of human resources for the operation is thekey issues worthy of our study.In this paper, project human resource management, synergy theory, integration theory.On the basis of research results at home and abroad firstly puts forward the concept of humanresource management mode of the integrated operation of the real estate development project,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of coordination theory is applied to the integrationof project human resource management. And then build a model of human resourcemanagement project integrated real estate development, put forward how to choose for eachproject headquarters human resources management mode, and the construction of the project’s organizational structure, and constructs the recruitment, planning, team performance evaluation and compensation system management mode of project personnel according to thecharacteristics of the integration of human resource management, and the various modules ofthe human resource management of collaborative integration analysis. Sharing and allocationconsidering the integration of real implementation of project human resources across theregion of transverse expansion of real estate development company, constructed theevaluation of combination weighting and the combination of grey correlation analysis model.Finally, through the empirical analysis of the development project for the integration of realestate and human resource allocation and provide the reference basis.
